Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Renting Our Holiday Apartments

1. Conclusion of Contract : A binding rental agreement is concluded upon booking (written, verbal, or electronic) and acceptance by the landlord. The tenant agrees to these T&Cs.

2. Payment Terms : A deposit of 100% of the rental price is due immediately upon booking confirmation. Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash. 3. Cancellation by the Tenant : Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation conditions: Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge. Up to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total price. Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

4. Cancellation by the Landlord : The landlord may terminate the contract for important reasons (e.g., force majeure, unforeseeable damage to the holiday apartment). In this case, the amount already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims by the tenant are excluded.

5. Check-in & Check-out : The holiday apartment is available to the tenant from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM in a broom-clean condition. A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement.

6. Use of the Holiday Apartment : The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of persons specified in the booking. Parties and events are not permitted. The tenant agrees to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Damages must be reported to the landlord immediately. The tenant is liable for any damage caused.

7. Liability of the Landlord : The landlord is not liable for any damage suffered by the tenant during the stay unless caused by intentional actions or gross negligence by the landlord. The landlord is not responsible for the tenant's personal belongings.

8. Cleaning and Final Cleaning : The holiday apartment is provided clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean during the stay. A final cleaning fee of €75.00 will be charged in addition, if indicated in the booking.

9. Pets and Smoking : Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

10. Data Protection : The data provided by the tenant will be used solely for contract processing and will not be passed on to third parties.

11. Jurisdiction : The jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the landlord's place of residence, unless legally otherwise required. Any additional agreements or deviations from these T&Cs require the written consent of the landlord. By booking, you accept these terms and conditions. We wish you a pleasant stay!
